starter kit for the beginner

Here is a the story about my tale in this awesome game.

I started playing this game in april 2017, after a friend of mine recommended it to me, knowing both of us played pokemon yellow, blue, red when we were kids (16 years ago). That nostalgic feeling was the thing that pulled us so hard into this game.

My favorite pokemon has to be Snorlax. The special defense along with a strong force helped me get through the start of the game. Afterwards Weavile has to be my most favored uber yet. The speed and power of him, make it so difficult to  handle.

About a combination type of poke, I think that if you have a ratio of 3 special attackers and 3 physical attackers, just so its balance. Also its very important to have coverage in the moveset of all your monsters.

Here some tips for the rookies who read this.

1st one and probably the most important, save your sp. It’s the most important thing you consume in the game. Save for the 2x event that happens once every last weekend of the month.

2nd is to save those diamonds, the diamonds can give you leverage over other strong players when you compete for TE.

3rd don’t use your Senior Hunting Tickets until you can get the hot pokemon.

4th non vip players (non paying) can also make it to the top. It just takes ages.

5th choose Bulbasaur in the start. You may use it at the end of the game.

6th a strong guild is the foundation of good learning, your guild mates can give you tips and can also help you along the way. For example, when a guild mate want the TE poke, he ask if he can get it, if every one agrees, no one will bet just for you to have it cheap.

7th take your time leveling up. Invest in pokemons you will used in your final team.

8th build a catching team. Mine include breloom, jumpluff, snorlax, ninjask, raticate and zapdos. The tactic is simple, sleep poke, use cotton spore to make it slower then breloom, afterwards use raticate with super fang 3 times, just to get it to the red mark. Then ninjask with false swipe will leave him with 1HP. The use breloom with spore until you catch him.

9th get connected to fan page of this game. Its so informative, the search bar in it can answer any question you can think of.

10th as a non vip player, I can recommend you not try to compete with paying players in the search for being world lord. Its not a fair fight, vip players get very good benefits from the game. Its easier and faster for a paying costumer. I recommend you just to play the game and enjoy the nostalgic feeling around it.
